About Daniel Lloyd
Daniel Lloyd is one of the UK’s most promising racing drivers. Since making his karting debut at the age of 11, Huddersfield-based Daniel has gone on to set an enviable benchmark across a number of disciplines and high profile championships.

Daniel made his mark in the motorsport world with successful ambitious campaigns in the British GT, Blancpain Endurance Series, GT Asia Series, Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship and the TCR International Series. Returning to front-wheel drive with dual campaigns in the British Touring Car Championship and inaugural TCR UK Championship in 2018, Daniel was crowned the first-ever TCR UK Champion. After successful multi-race winning European TCR Championship campaigns, the Yorkshireman returned to the BTCC grid for his first full-season campaign in 2021, scoring podium finishes with Power Maxed Racing before joining forces with EXCELR8 Motorsport for 2022.

In the first year of the highly-anticipated hybrid era, Daniel was a three-time race-winner and overcame a major accident at Oulton Park to snare a top ten championship finish. The Yorkshireman spent 2023 at the wheel of a Team HARD-run Cupra Leon and now makes a return to the Porsche Carrera Cup for the 2024 season aiming to fight at the front of the field.

Daniel is also proud to be a Yorkshire Patron and ambassador for the Forget Me Not Hospice
