If you are interested in Equine horsepower - you'll know about his profile in the world of horse racing - basically he won 100 races as a jockey - was involved in setting up the Racing Post & Channel 4 Racing on the TV.

He's won sports journalist of the year a couple of times - including last year and is now developing a consultancy business capitalising on his experience setting up and promoting big sporting events.

Also he actually updates his Twitter feed! - with some interesting little vignettes from his travels in the world of Racing.

One of us here at Racecar - hacks out on a retired race horse - (fizzy old thoroughbreds make track bikes/cars seem like a comparitively low adrenaline experience!) - and can confirm that Brough has not forgotten how to ride a horse either!
