Enclose a snippet of news from George @ Geoff Richardson Engineering - and it gives us an excuse to show a pic of a lovely Cosworth BDG about to be shipped off to some lucky owner!

"The 2005-2006 season (so far) had again been a successful one for us here at GRE and all our various worldwide customers. It would be impossible to mention everybody by name so we hope not to offend anybody who may be left out.

Firstly congratulations must go to our various TGP competitors including John Crowson, Rodrigo Gallego and John Delane who are all leading their respective classes as I write, whilst over in Grand Prix Masters congratulations to Peter Wuensch, Peter Dunn and Duncan Dayton among others who are all going superbly. At Monaco 2006, Martin Stretton was victorious in the 6 wheeler again, as was Duncan Dayton in his races, well done to both of them and their supporters.

Our own Formula Junior car driven by James had a good season in 2005, finishing 4th in its championship class only for an unfortunate accident to leave it out of contention for most of the 2006 season, but it is nearly fighting fit again now.

Over in Formula 2, Bob Juggins and our many F2 friends have been having a very successful season to date. John Burton and other Supersports customers have again had continuing good seasons of racing.

In more far-flung corners, some of our Portuguese customers have had good years as have customers in America, Norway, Australia, you name it, and it many disciplines, from our rallyers to our sprinters to our hill climbers so on and so on…

We would like to mention some of the following people for many different reasons for their parts in the 2005-2006 successes of GRE engines:

Mec Auto, Hoole Racing, Martin Stretton Racing, George Fowles Racing, Hall and Hall, Zul racing, Alan Baillie Racing, Vin Malkie Racing, Steve Jennings Racing, Lenham Racing, Historic Rally Sport and many, many more.

As always, we wish everybody the best of luck for the remainder of the 2006 season, a great Christmas and New year, and the best possible start for a competitive 2007!

Geoff and Everybody at GRE."
